So when I was on the city. When I was on the city council, we went through a lot of the old neighborhoods in southeast Fresno. I was on the city council for 14 years and now four years on the county. So that gives me about 18 years in government service. And we've made all those years. We've always prioritized the cleaning up of and bringing programs into our lower income areas. (10:21–10:27)
