I had no idea. You're right. We don't know about. Yeah, I was also involved when I was on the city council when the gap located in Fresno. And so That brought in a lot of tax revenue for the city of Fresno. Still does to some degree. So there's a lot. And a lot of that is where you have properties where there's maybe older neighborhoods that are good investments for people to go and say, you know, I work close by, or I can get. (40:40–40:44)
