So there's probably going to be some interest there on some folks wanting to buy that building because of the freeway access as well. But yeah, it's kind of sad to see that. And they're just, Newspapers will tell you that the labor costs are too high, the printing, the ink, the paper, all this kind of stuff. So it costs them far less to go do it on the Internet.
