So, you know, the outcome, the unintended consequences, maybe, of ripping, especially somebody who's a breadwinner out of a home and incarcerating them are terrible. Right. It has impacts on minor children living in the household as impacts on the community. So There are no good faith arguments to continuing this failed experiment of locking people up, other than we just don't like those people. And that's really what it comes down to. You can't talk to a person and say, this cost us $420,000. Fiscally, the impact on communities and family is really terrible. (32:57–33:07)
