So I've been doing a lot of work on incarcerated reform at the county level, we have a monopoly with the same folks who do the food service or also run the commissary. And it means that The food is absolutely terrible because there's a financial incentive there to serve terrible food. The folks who you, by the way, aren't paying any money while they're laboring in our care for these private corporations then have to go to the commissary and make even more money. (15:01–15:08)
