I cannot, I'm frequently wrong about these things, but I can't imagine a reasonable person, whether they're a Democrat or Republican, pushing back against having both sides because Big landlords already have access to attorneys, you know, 90 something percent when they go to court. It's not them. It's their, it's their attorneys. But I can't imagine a scenario under which folks wouldn't. Wouldn't support that. (25:31–25:36)
