Yeah. And it's, you know, it's easy to say and you know, all everybody does around here, regards to party affiliation mostly that you want affordable housing. But to them, Affordable housing looks like handouts to developers. To me it looks like cooperative housing. It looks like people, you know, buying into something and then owning the place where they live or at least being treated moderately fairly as a tenant. So it's, it's wild. (11:30–11:35)
