Certainly parts of southwest Florida go north of here. You get into Lee and Charlotte, you've seen pretty significant price reductions. A lot of people think you're going to see more rent reductions. You've seen rent reductions from where we were two or three years ago. Part of that, there's more supply, but part of it is these things go in cycles, but we don't control that.
