I mean, think it should. I think you talked to sheriffs and this is for any level of law enforcement. So a sheriff can do The $5,000 recruit... a sheriff can do the 5,000. A police chief can give it to a new recruit. Our state agencies, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, they can give it to new recruits.
