So there was a lot of people that wanted to either some of them just wanted to get out of law enforcement. But we figured, you know, a lot of them probably would be interested in coming to Florida. So We enacted a bonus program where anyone new recruits, and some of it is recruiting these out of state officers, but also young people in Florida that go through the police academy are also eligible. We created a program to do a $5,000 signing bonus. And the goal is to try to recruit people who want to be part of law enforcement and can help keep our community safe.
