It may be true if you eliminated every tax without doing it, but this is just kind of right, sizing the revenue and giving people a lot of relief. But I just think it would be historic relief. We're also not going to try to incentivize people to move here. So if you're not a Florida resident, when this is adopted, the legislature is going to be able to implement a policy so that you're going to have to be grant. (39:26–39:31)
