We'll be working together to kind of implement the plan statutorily because you can't do it all in the Constitution. Absolutely. You're going to have a taxpayer bill of Rights as part of that. Absolutely. You are going to have, I think, really strong limits on what can be spent or not spent. and that's really, really positive. So all in all, the legislature's got a great opportunity.
