And yes, costs have gone up, but you're talking about almost doubling of the revenue in many of these situations. You know, Broward county is interesting. 1.1 billion property tax revenue in 2018, 2025, 1.8 billion. But they only Broward County had a 3% population increase on net over [the] intervening period [from 2018 to 2025]. So, you know, you're having about a 70, 80% budget property tax revenue increase going in for only 3%. And if left unabated, they're going to end up with 2.5 billion taken from taxpayers for property taxes in 2031. (16:13–16:19)
