No one's put more money in for that, and we'll continue to be supportive of that. Some people say, oh, they're just going to, they're going to jack up costs on business. What we propose actually reduces the ability of local government to increase assessments on business. Now they can do 10% in a year. The proposal cuts it to where 5 is the cap that they would be able to do. So that's really strong protection, better than current law. (27:57–28:04)
