You know, Pasco's had massive growth. I think you guys have had 25% population growth since 2018. But you know, you've also seen a big increase in Property tax revenue [in Pasco] was 250 million, 251 million in 2018, and now it's 609 million currently. in terms of what came in for property tax revenue. And so look, when you have 25% increase in population and inflation, you are going to go up from 250. (13:59–22:55)
