I can tell you in Florida, we've tripled our rainy day fund since I've been governor, but we have cut taxes every single year. In fact, if you take Florida's 180 year debt that I inherited just in my tenure, We've paid off 50% of [Florida's 180-year debt] with our surplus. And so we're running big surpluses. And I think the reason for that, and we've eliminated taxes too, that we've had, but the reason that we've been able to do that is because as we've done that, we've improved economic conditions in the economic environment.
