So the notion that there would be some type of runaway convention where our Constitution would get changed, we'd wake up, and all of a sudden it would be changed in ways we don't like, that's just not possible. Because Any proposed amendment, whether it's the state convention or whether it's the Congress, needs to be ratified by three quarters of the states. And if you just look at a map of the United States and look how the idea that some of the things, particularly the conservatives would not want to see, there's zero chance that that would ever pass a convention, much less be ratified.
