Is it failing? What do we do to improve it? Well, I think we took a big step backwards in the last budget. We had the second largest per pupil cut in the Nation for K12. So it was simply the wrong thing to do. I voted against that budget. I've talked to the teachers out there. I disagree with the administration. (08:01–08:07)
