I think we have to be very careful to differentiate out there between corporate welfare and economic development. And I will vote for economic development. I have in the past where. Where it's tied to jobs out there. We didn't do that in the last budget with that 2.3 billion. We just threw tax cuts out there. We threw incentives with no job guarantees tied to that. I think that's the issue that you have to look at when you're a legislator because you're protecting the tax dollars of the citizens of Wisconsin. I agree. (22:48–23:00)
