And he had a similar situation that we had in Wisconsin. He had a big deficit. Democratic governor sat down with the unions and bargained with them, and they got rid of it. Unfortunately, In Wisconsin, they decided they had to destroy the unions. So they basically, they took most of their power away for collective bargaining. You can't bargain over health and safety.
