And that is what we need to do. And that misalignment is pervasive throughout the health care system in this country. And It's why we're paying so much for health care, because people are not getting paid to make patients well. everybody in the system, the insurers, the hospitals, the doctors, the pharmaceutical companies are all making money by keeping us sick.
