We're going to do a study that looks at the entire cause of the addiction, lifetime of the addiction, that we can demonstrate savings over time to justify the cost of this program, the Streets program. As I said, It's $100 million program. It builds on a $45 million program that we gave this year for sober housing. And I'm working with Scott Turner at HUD to revolutionize sober housing.
