And we found out, and I was a little surprised, actually, that Wisconsin is one of the few states that only considers for cash bail and the dollar amount, the only thing that the judge is legally allowed to look at currently is whether or not what he sets, if he lets them out, the probability that they will get back to the next court appearance.
