We have an agency called DSPS which is in charge of about 240 professional licenses. And over the last year and a half, two years, it's been more and More and more constituents have called my office and just can't seem to get their licenses processed. And these are folks who went to a four year education, passed all the tests, got the degree, did all the paperwork. They have it and they send it in the state just to get the license. (22:55–23:01)
