And I think a lot of people were saying, why are we letting some of these people out on bail? They have a long record of doing horrible, horrible things. And so Now those two questions allow that judge to consider previous history violence in the crime that they allegedly committed. Now, there's a lot of different parameters they can add into there that a lot of folks think maybe make for a better decision. I don't disagree with that. (19:42–19:52)
