I've been a long time believer and supporter as you've described the challenges we face on the basis of economic disparity and health care disparity in America. One of the first things I did is becoming chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. We held a hearing on the disparities for women of color in our economic and health care systems. It was really that important to call attention to these sorts of issues. My staff reflects the diversity that you've described and I'm very proud of that. (32:05–32:15)
