Thanks to at least the efforts that I made, 10,400 small businesses in the first congressional district have taken loans averaging under $150,000 a year. 99% of the households in this congressional district have broadband. In addition, those $1,200 stimulus checks, as I noted earlier, helped to create demand to sustain families.
