So, like in our commission here, back in 2008, we had a commission that was actually a republican majority commission, but one of those commissioners is now a Democrat, Chris Mays. She's our attorney general. Chris Mays? Mays. Yeah, attorney general. Now, They enacted the rest rules, and they said that the renewable energy tariff, and they said 15% of all energy, 1515 percent, had to come from renewable sources. So the commission has that authority. They can enact policy on the ratepayer, but it drives up the cost. So when they did that back in 2008, most of the utilities were not invested in renewables.
