There's a place for renewables in a mixed portfolio of energy that's fine. But to try to invest in it wasn't, the market wasn't ready for it to, it cost more money back then. And Anytime the commission mandates something, and this is, you know, across the country, when the utilities get mandates, by law, they get to recoup a rate of return. So there's the cost to fulfill the mandate, plus they're going to recoup a rate of return. So we have to be very, very careful about any mandates that go on to these utility companies. (05:44–05:54)
