This is important and I think it demonstrates the willingness of our effort. Work with the legislature and others who know about the challenges that affect our CPS and our foster care system. The system's far from perfect, but we do know we're making progress and it's stronger than where it was just one year ago. I think through discipline, leadership, community partnership, and making decisions based on data, we have the ability to continue to reduce removals, to stabilize placements, and to strengthen the fiscal integrity of all of these programs.
