And so we try to be very careful to spend money in the most cost effective manner possible. That applies to both state dollars and to federal dollars as well. And If we think that the federal dollars can help the state of West Virginia, we're not only going to use them, we're going to try to spend those bodies very carefully as well. So, you know, if we ever go through and conclude that there's waste, then there's waste. So what I will say to folks is we're going to be really good stewards of the taxpayer dollars always.
