We want to work with the legislature on some of those details. But what we envision is we know that we're paying a lot more every time we send kids out of state. You know, If you look at that number, 156,000, if you could bring them in, at least some portion of them initially, let's say you could save 10% of the dollars up front. The object is to come up with a formula to be able to, as we're putting money into the infrastructure, the building out of the state facilities, the, the renovation, the repairs that are needed.
