That's why today I'm pleased to announce that it's our intent to work with the legislature this year on a bill to establish a framework for reducing those out of state placements. Right now there's some numbers that we're seeing about 380 on the out of state side. I'm told they average about 156,000 or so. Forgive me if the numbers change from front time to time, but we need to make sure we get those numbers down. (09:06–09:12)
