In my district, after the Tax Cuts and Jobs act, it went down to about 19% of households itemizing their deductions. Why? Because The standard deduction was doubled. So most people fell under the standard deduction and were covered. So the question is how to address this in a very serious and meaningful way. (15:34–15:36)
