And again, this is but one part of the tax bill. If you look at a district like mine, prior to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, 50% of households itemized their deductions. In my district, after the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, it went down to about 19% of households itemizing their deductions. Why? Because the standard deduction was doubled. So most people fell under the standard deduction and were covered. So the question is how to address this in a very serious and meaningful way. (15:23–15:33)
