This is a result of this administration's policies. This was a man made problem. I have been doing everything from a congressional perspective. We have passed laws. It is already illegal to enter the country illegally. Okay. So it's not that there's not enough laws. It's just that we have an administration right now that is literally not enforcing the laws despite the Supreme Court telling them they have to. (42:12–42:16)
