So the state and our voters, frankly, many of us, not me, voted to not fund more prisons. Now, you're left in a position where the growth population happens. You're at 40 some odd million. A lot of these prisons were not up to code in terms of earthquake requirements, and they are taken offline. They defund the prisons.
