I think especially accelerated through the pandemic as more people are now working from different locations than just a city center and therefore eating food at all times of day in a much larger area. We have engaged a national expert on this and come up with our Boston Rodent action plan. So. So Dr. Bobby, the nation's leading urban rodentologist helped set this plan for Boston. And it really means attacking the food sources and water sources to ensure that we're not just responding to a problem but preventing it in the first place. (47:55–48:00)
