We're starting with the sort of three phases with the neighborhoods that have the largest sites, the largest plots to begin with because that's where ADUs can most naturally fit. Mattapan was the very first neighborhood and this was accomplished through their rezoning that happened a few years ago. But they will be expanded citywide in a way that matches the needs of every neighborhood, promotes housing, gives families more stability and can help people stay in their homes that they've worked so hard to.
