This is the 10th anniversary of Macra and we've learned about MIPS, we've learned about the APMS, we've learned a lot. Tools that now have become commonplace in America. Number of physicians and advanced payment models is increased. I think it was 125,000 people when the program started 10 years ago. Now we're up to about three quarters of a million. It's remarkable how much people engage if you give them a bit of a nudge with a little bit of a vision for where they're headed. (38:54–39:04)
