We are as you all know, dealing with a health financing crisis. It is related to quality but they're not directly linked. Nevertheless, the number one increasing budget item in most states is Medicaid. Nationally we are dealing with the reality that we spend twice as much per capita on health care than any other country. And interestingly the numbers aren't getting better which is a problem because we thought after Covid much of this would revert. (16:37–16:44)
