It is the single biggest complaint we get. But prior authorization obviously also has an impact that can be beneficial if it's done correctly. So the Insurance companies got together and said, we agree we've got 15, 16,000 common procedures. We have maybe 6,000 that get prior auth, but only half of those are used by any one company. So we don't even agree amongst ourselves which procedures we should do prior authorization on. And we don't have specific rules about what quantitative successful fulfillment of the prior authorization process, like what symptoms adjudicated would allow you to have a knee procedure done.
