There should be a person there answering the phone every single time, assisting the individual, trained on suicidal behavior and be able to actively dispatch somebody that can go do a welfare check on the people. It's been very successful, but I can't say we've had 100% success at it. But I will say every life we save matters, because every one of these are veterans that have been struggling. (01:17–01:22)
