What we don't ever want to encourage, though, is adversarial relationships between employer and employee, which I think in many cases is what's happened in some of these industries. It almost seems like some of these labor bosses are prepared to kill the industry, even if it means their workers are left without a job. So we don't want to fall into that trap or that trick.
