But what do we do in those instances in which the free enterprise or free market outcome is bad for America? For example, the free market says it is cheaper. It is cheaper to buy pharmaceuticals. 80%, 81% of our active ingredients are in our pharmaceuticals. It is cheaper to make them and it is cheaper to buy them in China.
