What Mike Lee and I have worked on is a real expansion of the child tax credit that basically says even, you know, even if you don't have. And we actually achieved part of it in 2017. If you're a working parent and you're primary or entire tax liability is contained within fica, you know, the payroll tax, you can apply a significant percentage of your child tax credit towards fica. because if it's just towards income tax, there's a lot of people making under $36,000 a year that don't pay federal income tax, but they are paying payroll tax.
