That's bad because it delays, but they'll let it go through. Here's why I know that's not going to happen repeatedly by Justice Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Alito. Gorsuch said, we're writing a rule for the ages. Alito said, we have to think about our precedent setting here. Kavanaugh we need to be concerned about the theory here, not the facts of this case. They're going to reach and they're going to reach far, and our democracy will be weaker for it. Gosh darn it. You know, again, I like to be right, but not on, on these things. (19:58–20:13)
