Even if the president instructed the DOJ to basically manufacture evidence to prosecute his political opponents? Well, that's protected and absolutely immune. Even if the president told the Department of Justice to seize voting machines to deprive citizens of their constitutionally guaranteed right to vote according to this Supreme Court, not a problem.
