I think that we need to have universal background checks that close all the loopholes and that's now very easy to implement. We should reinstate the 48 hour cooling off period [for gun purchases]. Everybody knows when hunting season is and you can plan appropriately. But if we want to prevent suicides and domestic violence deaths with guns, we need to do that. (10:59–11:03)
