What changes should we make in Wisconsin gun laws, Kelda? Well, I think we need to do a number of changes, some relating to who can actually buy weapons. I think that We need to have universal background checks that close all the loopholes. and that's now very easy to implement. We should reinstate the 48 hour cooling off period.
